Digital all-round player

The SACD 30n is designed to meet the needs of modern audiophiles who want to combine their extensive digital music collection with leading online music services. The device combines a classic premium CD/SACD player with a modern hub preamplifier for digital sources. It plays high-resolution file formats such as FLAC HD or DSD from your network, a USB storage device and online sources such as streaming services or internet radio. It also offers HEOS streaming, voice control, multiroom, as well as a D/A converter function and supports Apple AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth. Thanks to support for file formats up to 11.2 MHz (Quad-DSD) and 384 kHz/32 Bit (PCM) via USB-B/USB-DAC, you are well prepared for the future with the SACD 39n.

Extremely musical, precise and detailed sound

The SACD 30n is based on a customized HDAM (Hyper-Dynamic Amplifier Module), a board with discrete circuits. Instead of taking an off-the-shelf solution, hundreds of individual parts were carefully selected and tested for the MODEL 30 HDAM. This easily exceeds the performance of standard integrated circuits and delivers the unique musicality you expect from Marantz.

Transport mechanism: a true success story

Marantz released its first CD player in 1982 - the CD-63. Since then, new innovations have been constantly introduced. The heart of the SACD 30n is the innovative transport mechanism "SACDM-3L", which was specially developed for the best possible performance when playing SACDs, CDs and data discs with audio data. Not only does it promise exceptional sound quality on conventional CDs and SACDs, but it also allows users to create their own high-resolution audio discs using their computer's DVD burner. To prevent noise and interference, the power to the CD/SACD drive is turned off when no disc is playing.

Connection options

The SACD 30n is equipped with the Marantz Musical Mastering digital-to-analog converter. The optical and coaxial digital inputs for existing source components support files up to 192 kHz/24 bit. In addition, the SACD 30n can be connected directly to a computer via the asynchronous USB-B input. The USB-B input supports PCD and DXD music files up to 384 kHz/32 bit, as well as DSD up to 11.2 MHz.
