Bluesound PULSE SUB+ active subwoofer

The compact active subwoofer PULSE SUB+ largely corresponds to its predecessor in terms of format and shape, but otherwise no stone is left unturned. For the first time, the PULSE SUB+ is integrated into the home network as an independent player, just like the other Bluesound products. The assignment to the desired speaker - like most other settings - is done conveniently and centrally via the BluOS ^TM app installed on a smartphone, tablet, PC or Mac. A cable connection is therefore no longer required - apart from the power cable - but can alternatively be used via the RCA input of the SUB+ if required.

Also new are the significantly larger woofer, now with a diameter of 200 mm, and the significantly more powerful power amplifier with 200 watts of impulse power. The chassis with its particularly light and strong polypropylene membrane and the amplifier are perfectly coordinated with each other with the help of the integrated digital sound processor and ensure powerful, dynamic bass reproduction in small to medium-sized living spaces.

Bluesound has retained the versatile placement options for the PULSE SUB+: Thanks to its housing, which is just under 15 cm deep, it can be hung on the wall in addition to the standard placements, hidden inconspicuously behind a curtain or placed under the sofa. A wall bracket is included in the scope of delivery.

HOME THEATER SOUND WITH THOUGH BASS

The PULSE SOUNDBAR 2i alone impresses with its powerful and energetic bass reproduction, but in combination with the PULSE SUB+, the home cinema front speaker becomes a fully-fledged home cinema system that can be expanded with two PULSE FLEX 2i for the surround channels. Like the SOUNDBAR 2i, the PULSE SUB+ is most easily controlled via the BluOS ^TM Controller app.

FEEL THE BASS

Relieve your PULSE SOUNDBAR 2i of having to reproduce the low frequencies so that your home theater sounds even more powerful and balanced. Once the PULSE SUB+ has been connected, the bass signals are transmitted wirelessly from the soundbar to the SUB+. With a continuous output of 150 watts and a 200 mm woofer, the PULSE SUB+ ensures deep, dynamic bass reproduction.

COMPACT DESIGN

Thanks to its compact design and wireless control, you can easily place the PULSE SUB+ anywhere in your living room. No matter where it is located - the SUB+ will always impress you with its powerful bass foundation.

DISCRETE PLACEMENT

The PULSE SUB+ comes with a wall bracket that allows you to discreetly place the SUB+ subwoofer behind your furniture or curtains. Due to its low height, it can also be hidden under many pieces of seating.

EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL

After downloading the BluOS ^TM Controller app onto your smartphone or tablet, you can immediately control the PULSE SUB+ remotely. Whether it's the right volume or phase - you set the subwoofer exactly how you want to experience the bass reproduction in your room.
