The new AudioQuest Forest 48 HDMI cable offers full 48Gbps 8k-10K for a length of up to 5m and 18Gbps 4K-8K for lengths of 8m and above.

AudioQuest Forest 48 HDMI

While 8K and other compelling video/gaming features grab the headlines, the AudioQuest 48 and eARC Priority Series HDMI cables are our best-sounding HDMI cables yet.
The higher precision and tighter manufacturing tolerances required to deliver HDMI cables with bandwidths of up to 48Gbps mean that all of AudioQuest's proven ingredients and techniques are just as important as ever.
The AudioQuest Forest 48 features 0.5% silver-plated copper conductors that are directionally controlled to dissipate high-frequency noise as efficiently as possible.

AudioQuest Forest 48Gbps 48G

The AudioQuest Forest “48” HDMI cable can transmit up to 10K Ultra HD videos. The 48Gbit/s bandwidth is made possible by 4 symmetrical audio/video pairs at 12Gbit/s each. Due to the precision and tighter manufacturing tolerances required to produce HDMI cables with bandwidths up to 48Gbps, many of AudioQuest's proven ingredients and techniques are more important than ever.

AudioQuest Forest 8K 10K 8K/10K

The AudioQuest 48Gbit/s HDMI cables have the bandwidth required for video with resolutions of up to 10 KB and resolutions/refresh rates of up to 8 KB/60 and 4 KB/120. All AudioQuest HDMI cables are fully backwards compatible with existing 4K displays.

AudioQuest Long Grain Copper Long grain copper conductors (HDMI)

With the AudioQuest Forest 48 HDMI Cable, solid long-grain copper, silver-plated copper or silver with a perfect finish improves noise dissipation and overall performance. The Forest 48 uses long grain copper for its conductors.

AudioQuest Level 1 Noise Level 1 Noise Dissipation: Directional controlled

This is the foundation of AudioQuest's noise dissipation technologies. Traditional “100% shielding” is not enough to protect against the increasingly prevalent effects of Wi-Fi, cell phone and satellite radiation. In AudioQuest HDMI cables, all 19 conductors are directional to minimize RF noise that affects performance by "routing" or away from the most vulnerable circuits. Additional noise control techniques (Level 2 and above) will be applied where budget allows to further reduce noise.

eARC: LGC + Level-1 Noise Dissipation

Because sound matters, the eARC conductors in AudioQuest's 48 Series HDMI cables are equally lovingly crafted. They feature the same superior metals, directional conductors, and noise-dissipation technologies as the core A/V data pairs. In the AudioQuest eARC Priority cables, the key A/V data pairs feature Cinnamon-level performance (Forest 48 solid 0.5% Silver + Carbon & Vodka 48's Level-3 Noise-Dissipation). The Audio Return Channel (ARC) sends audio from a TV to a soundbar or AV receiver to make system setup easier and more flexible. The previous ARC functions of the hardware are used to their maximum with lossy (compressed) 5.1-channel surround sound. Today's HDMI 2.1 hardware supports the Enhanced Audio Return Channel (eARC), which dramatically increases digital bandwidth and supports uncompressed and lossless high-resolution multi-channel audio, including Dolby TrueHD and Atmos, as well as DTS-HD Master Audio and DTS:X.
