You don't have the option to connect your projector or TV to a source in your premises using an HDMI cable or the length of the cable is giving you a headache? With the Bison HD-BaseT solution, you can easily connect your AV receiver to your projector, for example. All you need is a network connection. Fortunately, today's houses and apartments offer more and more network interfaces, so there are many options for using existing CAT cabling. This also works over a very long cable length; the only requirement is a CAT7 network route. Up to 50m with 4K UHD and HDR in 4:4:4 color scanning and 60hz. No passive HDMI cable can do this.

The Bison HD-BaseT unit offers a high-quality, ultra-thin housing so that it can be easily integrated. It consists of a transmitter, the transmitter unit so to speak, to which, for example, a Blu-ray player or an AV receiver is connected using an HDMI cable. The receiver receives the signal through the existing network link and converts the compressed signal back to HDMI in high resolution and passes it on to the display such as a projector or TV using a short HDMI cable.

The Bison HD-BaseT receiver even works without an additional power source. Thanks to its POE (Power over Ethernet), it gets the power it needs via the network connection. This means that the small mini reception can be easily installed close to the projector.
