Equipped with an 8", 10" or 12" woofer, it hits the low tones and is the perfect complement to our Episode® Landscape satellites , planters and rocks. This high-excursion subwoofer is equipped with a buried HDPE housing - like this It can withstand the harshest conditions and has an elegant, earth-tone dome that blends seamlessly into any exterior design.

Important Note - This product is an 8-ohm underground subwoofer that requires a compatible external amplifier, sold separately. For more information, see Episode® Digital Subwoofer Amplifier ( 500W or 150W ).

Landscape underground subwoofer with an inconspicuous appearance

All parts of this subwoofer are buried in the ground, only the "mushroom" with the openings comes out for ventilation. This means you can incorporate a powerful subwoofer into any landscaping design without it being visible or taking up precious patio space.

Built to survive

Our engineers chose high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The subwoofer comes with a heavy-duty, buried 14/2 cable and silicone-filled, waterproof wire nuts. The entire system has been tested to withstand temperatures from -28°C to 85°C.

Computer optimized connection

The precision-engineered, flared opening reduces air turbulence and port noise to deliver the full, deep bass you want - without the vibrations and rattles you don't want.

Low-heat construction*

Our inverted bandpass design places the woofer's voice coil and magnet on the opening side of the cabinet. This ensures a constant flow of fresh air that keeps the case cool and ensures trouble-free performance. *Only applies to the 12" underground subwoofer variant.

Buried treasure

Just because this subwoofer is designed to be buried doesn't mean it shouldn't be built with top-notch components. Our engineers took the same care and attention to detail when developing this subwoofer as we do with our home theater subwoofers.

Powerful driver

The bandpass design delivers pounding bass thanks to a powerful mica-filled polypropylene woofer with stitched NBR surround, oversized 4-layer voice coil, vented pole piece and an 80oz ferrite magnet.
