The network blocks are completely shielded from the radiated electrical fields by their aluminum chassis. The conductive chassis dissipates interference to ground. It must be plugged into a grounded outlet with a grounded power cord to function properly. To achieve a good level of shielding and interference immunity, the power block should be combined and used with SUPRA LoRad shielded cables.
